My Week in Verbs #4

Week #4: Sunday 20th - Saturday 26th January 2013

This week I...

... Saw The Hobbit, and loved it...

...Scored some rather fab old bed linen from the charity shop...

... and forgot this little fella's ninth birthday. First time I forgot. Am in Grandma's bad books. I blame the fact that I have not yet filled in my 2013 calendar...

Disorganisation has been the name of the game this week - not only did I forget to write this post until just now, but I can't seem to think of anything interesting that I've actually done! Must try harder not to be as boring next week!

  1. the hobbit is not my kind of film at all, sorry! x

  2. I was sceptical of the splitting of one (not very long) book into three films and feared it might drag. But I was pleasantly surprised. It's just a pity we have to wait a year to see part 2 and then another for part 3. I'll need to buy the DVD to remind myself of what happened. Perhaps therein lies the reason for the trilogy?

  3. Oooh fabby fabric! I've been totally boring this week, struggling to come up with anything to write about! :)

  4. I really need to go see The Hobbit before it stops showing in theatres! (If it hasn't already?)
I haven't been up to much either. I find it hard to leave a cosy sofa when it's grey, cold and payday is a long way off!

  5. Beautiful fabric. Just the thing to make you feel summery on a dull, damp January day! x

  6. I love the fabric, I never seem to find nice fabric in my local charity shops, but that's probably a good thing, if I did get some it would probably just clutter my home, my craft skills aren't half as good as yours xxx

  7. I still haven't seen The Hobbit and I still need to read your New York posts. Must make better use of my time! Will attempt tomorrow.
