...Embarked on a detox for the first time ever...

...Lost only 2lbs and felt rotten from the caffeine and sugar withdrawal...
...Had a blowout on Saturday night with curry and cocktails...
...Went to the ballet for the first time ever...


Scottish Ballet's The Nutcracker at Newcastle Theatre Royal - loved it, even if I wasn't always sure what was happening.

ReplyDeleteI didn't have any caffeine over the Christmas holidays and didn't notice any difference, but when I went back to work and started drinking caffeinated tea again I noticed I was getting really jittery! Amazing how much it affects us!
I have tried that detox tea - yuck! - but for some reason I kept on drinking it for weeks...
